1. What if the size I purchased does not fit?

Whilst our sizing is true to size, we understand sometimes this can be an issue. We offer a return policy if the product is the wrong fit, please contact us within 14-days of receiving your product for us to organise a return. Returns are a flat rate $10, once paid we give you a return shipping label to post the incorrect size back to us, and we will cover the cost of the new size back to you! (AU only - all other countries cost depends on rate of shipping, please contact us to organise).

3. What is a Jumpsuit Towel?

Rather than wrapping up your kid like a burrito in a towel, that can cause them to trip, get stuck or not have their arms out safely to prevent a fall or soften a fall, Jumpsuit Towels are designed to be a wearable towel. They are in the style of a Jumpsuit/Romper, so that they are arms and legs free! They can run, jump, play, climb or ride a bike! Hop back in the car seat after a swim & head straight home! Take the hassle out of multiple changes of outfits and bulky towels to the beach and just wear your Jumpsuit towel over your swim there, go for a dip and jump out and pop it straight back on again!

4. How is it different to a hooded towel or poncho towel?

For starters, it's much more protected and convenient. Rather than the wind blowing poncho towels all over the place and exposing underneath, or hooded towels just being generally too long for young kids, and getting caught under their feet. Have you ever watched a toddler try to crawl in a hooded poncho towel? Then this is your answer to stop that! Jumpsuit design allows for freedom to crawl and play, as the shorts and sleeves design is like wearing a loose outfit, but it dries you as well! Forget the change of clothes and bulky towel, just wear your towel instead!

5. What size should i get, and what ages does it fit?

We recommend what ever size t-shirt your child wears currently, grab the size up from that! E.g my child is 3 years old, and wears a size 3 shirt, i buy him a size 4 Jumpsuit Towel! Our Jumpsuit Towels fit from ages 6 months through to ages 9!

If you're looking for teens, the Adult Jumpsuit in size Small, or the Small Adult Zip-Up Robe or the Teen Girls Romper are your best fit!

6. Are your towels warm enough for winter swimming lessons?

Absolutely! Especially our long sleeve designs, they are 300GSM thick terry towelling inner, with outer layer muslin, and they are made for warmth and protection from the elements! In winter we recommend you take any wet swim off before popping the towels on, just so you aren't left cold from the wet swim!

7. Are jumpsuit towels good for bath time?

They are the best bath time, or camp showers essential! Save their PJs for bedtime, popping these on after bath time means they are dressed and dry, also a great way for little ones to dry themself, as they can step in and zip up themselves, play or head back to the camp site, without getting their PJs dirty! 

8. What do I do with my packaging once I receive it?

Our biggest goal when starting this business was being as sustainable as possible. That's why we have put lots of research into absolutely every part of production! So once you receive your order, take the garment out, put it on, and the rest goes in your home compost bin! 

- Our Eco-Mailers are made from cornstarch and co-polymer so are 100% biodegradable and compostable.

- Our Garment Bags are made from d2w bio-plastic, which essentially once these bags are put out into the elements (such as a compost bin) they will break down with oxygen.

- Our swing tags are attached to your garment by jute, and are also made from recycled paper, so can be thrown in your compost bin also! Make sure you check out the care instructions on the back before tossing. Or re-use by getting an old cardboard box, punching a hole through, threading the jute through, tie a knot on each end, and it is a fine motor skill activity for your little ones to play with. Using same cardboard box, make a slit the size of the swing tag, and your little one can develop their fine motor skills by pushing it through (like a letter into a mailbox).

- All labels and stickers are printed on compostable and biodegradable sticky paper via Thermal Printer which does not use toner or ink! They can stay on the garment bag/eco-mailer and go straight in the compost too!

9. Where are these pieces made?

Our Towel-Wear range was designed on Yuin Country (Jervis Bay NSW) and we have two manufacturers one in Indonesia, one in China. Majority of our collections are now made in China in a beautiful, thoughtfully sourced manufacturing company. We pride ourselves on the selection on of our manufacturers, they have amazing working standards, are OEKO-TEX® Certified manufacturers and are a pleasure to work along side, we cannot wait to be able to travel & visit them one day!

10. How do I wash my Towel-Wear?

As our fabrics are delicate, we recommend washing in eco-friendly washing powder, a cold delicate wash or hand wash and then line dry in the shade. Please do not tumble dry. Cold iron if needed. Please look after me, so I can be handed down & loved all over again.
